Pork sirloin tip roast or we like a Pork Shoulder too.
1 can Dr. Pepper
1 bottle red taco sauce (We used Pace Mild, but do as you please)
1-2 cups packed brown sugar (We use 1 1/2 Cups usually, but do it by taste)
2 cloves crushed garlic
fresh cilantro, chopped
Combine sauce in crock pot and then add pork.
Cook on low for 8 hours or if you are in a hurry do high for 5-6. Shred pork two hours before the end and let it continue to cook in the sauce.
We like to cook up some tortillas, the whole wheat uncooked tortillas are wonderful or just the regular are good, but definitely buy the uncooked ones so they are more fresh.
